What does the process involve?

We use a safe and secure online tool for collecting information with a focus on digital and ease of use. We can meet face to face or by phone or online meeting first to get an understanding of your goals and situation. Usually within 48 hours of receiving all required documents from you, we'll have completed a market comparison to provide you with 3 lender/product options and can run through this together. From here, we can submit the loan application. The whole process can take between 2 weeks for a fast refinance to 6-8 weeks for more complex scenarios.

How many lenders do you have access to?

We have access to a variety of products across a panel of 35+ lenders. Many lenders specialize in products that support borrowers in unique circumstances so we can find the best fit for your needs.

I don't have much deposit. What are my options?

There are lenders who provide products which require as little as 2.5% deposit. It is always a good idea to engage with us well in advance of your planned purchase so we can give guidance on activities and behaviors that can help or hinder a loan application when you're ready to hit the GO button! Don't forget, we can help you apply for the most up to date government schemes and grants to help lower the overall cost of your loan too.

How many product options will I be provided?

As a standard, we will provide 3 options with more available where it makes sense or at your request. We'll provide you with a product comparison sheet which breaks down all the details including the total cost of the loan over the term chosen and we'll talk through the details to help answer questions you may have.

Do you charge a fee?

As a mortgage broker, the services we provide are at no direct cost to you. We are paid by the lender that you choose to provide your finance and we will always disclose in writing how much we are being paid for our services on your behalf.
